Our Staff
Wayne is one of the original partners who founded HMC in 2012. He has 35 years of experience in machine shop operations and management, contract management, and materials management. He has in-depth experience with federal procurement regulations including DFARS and ITAR. Wayne earned an MBA in Business Management and Finance with a minor in Law.
Karl is also an HMC founding partner. Prior to going full time with HMC in 2019, he worked for a well known plastics machining company for 23 years as an robotic engineer/ R&D engineer. Among his contributions Karl built automated equipment and introduced robotics to the shop floor which brought higher profit margins for the company. Karl holds a master’s degree in manufacturing engineering.
Brook joined HMC in 2015, working part time while finishing a 41 year career with the State of New Hampshire. He became full time in 2017. Brook’s in-depth knowledge of statistics allows him to track production runs to make certain they remain in statistical control. Brook was responsible for establishing HMC’s AS9100 quality program and remains responsible for the daily operation of the quality system. Brook has a master’s degree in science with a minor in statistics.
Miranda has been with HMC since 2019. Hired as a deburrer, she quickly demonstrated an aptitude for greater responsibilities. In her current role as Office Manager she works with customers to make sure their expectations are met while overseeing purchasing, shipping, and deburring. Miranda is working towards her associate’s degree in business with the expectation that she will continue her education.
